During the freezing winter months, residents of Quinn can enjoy inviting spaces designed to be extensions of their homes from the comfort of our indoor rooftop amenity space.

We designed our amenities to cater to all seasons – the rooftop pool may seem like a bit of a tease in the winter, but we also created a Library and Dining Room with adjacent Kitchenette, elevated resident lounge and media room, and cozy solarium on rooftop overlooking the pool.

As if the sleek design wasn’t enough, the rooms also feature unobstructed, 180 degree view of the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, and Lower Manhattan. Curl up with a cup of tea and stay until spring!
